Made in Paris - Reconnect

In celebration of locally curated music, Of Leisure has handpicked twelve Sydney based artists/producers for a truly unique vinyl and digital compilation titled Blue Line Steppers.

Blue Line Steppers presents a glimpse into established and emerging underground talent within Sydney’s electronic music scene, aiming to highlight the positive outcomes of the counter-culture that has transpired since the lockout laws were introduced.

The second release off the compilation comes from Made in Paris. Track 02, Reconnect is a brooding melodic techno masterpiece. Drawing on a perfect balance of tension and release, Reconnect fills the room with moody, ghostly vocal drones complimented by twirling arpeggiated synth lines to send dancers into a frenzy.  

After acclaimed sets at Australia’s Piknik Electronik, Output Festival and Splendour In The Grass, Paris looks to her upcoming USA tour ahead of the Australian Summer festival circuit. Having already entrapped key names in the industry, with the likes of Maceo Plex and Animal Trainer showing support as well as locking down Mixmag, BBC Radio 1 and her Triple J Mix Up Residency, Made in Paris cements herself as a devilish staple in warehouses and concrete jungles of the underground.
