Ronnie Spiteri - Red Mushroom EP (inc. Russ Yallop Remix)

Releasing again on his Kenja Records imprint, Southampton’s Ronnie Spiteri delivers a solid house single featuring Hot Creations stalwart Russ Yallop on remix duties.

The Undr The Radr, Do Not Sleep and Toolroom signee has been turning a lot of heads since the start of 2016, with the likes of Riva Starr, Hector Couto, Dusky, Richy Ahmed, Groove Armada, Huxley and Dubfire showing their support.

‘Red Mushroom’ combines a murky lead synth, rumbling bassline and ghostly atmospherics for a moody production crafted with the peaktime in mind. Russ Yallop’s remix then introduces a heady vocal sample, intricate breaks and dense low-end before a suspenseful build up erupts into a cavernous drop.
