Richard Damen is back with a brand new EP ‘Pressure’

After 4 years of radio silence, Dutch DJ and producer Richard Damen releases his brand-new track called “Pressure”. This high energetic deep tech track takes you back to the early days of rave and the high tide days of modern tech house. It is now available on Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport and many other streaming platforms.

Richard Damen is one of the driving forces behind the club scene in Den Bosch/Noord-Brabant and a true veteran of the southern nightlife in The Netherlands. As founder of BONT, he managed to make a big mark internationally and has the world’s greatest DJs and producers involved for his project like Mendo, Oscar L, Javi Bora, Chicks Luv Us, just to name a few.

The last couple of years, Richard was busy touring as DJ, played at festivals and nightclubs like Solar Weekend, Woetstok and Burning Man Gilze. He is a welcome guest DJ at concepts such as ‘Eat The Beat’, ‘Herrie Met Gerrie’ & ‘Sterrenstof’ and he held residencies at clubs like Holy Moly Club (Breda), ClubW & P79 (Den Bosch). And last but not least, Richard made his debut at one of the world’s leading music events, Amsterdam Dance Event, better known as ADE.

‘Pressure’ is the second single by Richard Damen and is a real heavy groove club banger. This would put him in the same breath as artists like Detlef, Latmun, Chris Stussy and more. ‘Pressure’ is a solid tech house roller we would love to hear every weekend in our favorite underground club.

2025 has only just begun, but Richard Damen is already kicking it off with killer record ‘Pressure’ and much more that is in the pipeline but which he can’t tell much about yet. He does say that a multi track EP will be released on an international label. But more about that soon.
