This Sunday 6th October, Kieran Hebden, aka Four Tet, will be taking over the Rinse FM airwaves for a very special one-off extended show, which will run all night from 9pm until 5am.
It follows on from a stellar few years for Hebden, who of late has become a powerful and unique presence on UK dancefloors. A string of releases through his own Text label and his wide-ranging DJ sets are renowned for their seamless melding of styles, touching equally on everything from house and garage to techno, experimental musics, jazz and sounds from around the globe. With recent single ‘Kool FM’ paying tribute to the famed London pirate station of the same name, Hebden is now gearing up for the imminent release of his new album Beautiful Rewind, via Text.
So for his Rinse FM all-nighter expect a varied selection, perhaps a scattering of new material from the man himself plus a fair few surprises along the way. Listen online this Sunday using our Player, or on FM in London on 106.8 FM. And in the meantime, keep an eye on Four Tet’s Twitter (http://twitter.com/FourTet) for clues and updates about the show.
