Joris Voorn and Edwin Oosterwals GREEN imprint has, in just seventeen releases, become a highly regarded source of modern and melodic electronica. Ripperton, Patrice Baumel and Stimming are just some of the names to have graced the label with their unique and wonderfully diverse music. GR18 displays a new musical direction for an artist who has inspired both our label heads since the 1990s. Green is proud to welcome Roland Klinkenberg with Construct #1. Since the early 90s Roland has explored the farthest reaches of the progressive sound, crafting assonant ambiences with ease. Experimenting with dub delays and with a fresh, non-results driven outlook, the Dutchmans recent studio sessions have found him wandering in new musical directions. Using field recordings of his son Yani, Roland has created two beautiful dub-tinged tracks that have already won the hearts of Joris and Edwin and are now ready to gather your love.
