Sage Armstrong, Basura Boyz & Gene Farris Link For ‘I Don’t Want A Lot’ on Dirtybird

Dirtybird alum Sage Armstrong and Gene Farris have linked with newcomer Basura Boyz for a new single ‘I Don’t Want A Lot’ out now as part of the label’s 20th anniversary.

‘I Don’t Want A Lot’ goes above and beyond to capture the essence of collaboration and community that is imbibed throughout Dirtybird’s anniversary celebrations. The track sees two flock favorites ushering new talent into the nest while its sound and message embody the label’s ethos through and through.

Designed for the dancefloor, ‘I Don’t Want A Lot’ is as cheeky and coy as the trio behind it. The track instantly hits with its quirky swagger and unfiltered energy as Gene’s charismatic vocals slink over chopped melodies and restless rhythms. ‘I Don’t Want A Lot’ is a certified party-starter that is sure to be heard throughout Dirtybird’s 20th Anniversary Tour and upcoming Dirtybird Campout x Northern Nights Music Festival.

“So happy to be back with my Dirtybird family, it’s been too long. When we finished this release the first thing I said was “Dirtybird” because it’s a perfect release for the label. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Sage and the Basura Boyz on this one for the Dirtybird family!” – Gene Farris

“This track came together so naturally. As soon as we sorted the vocal, we knew this would be a fun one and a staple in the club.” – Basura Boyz
