Santiago Garcia Returns to Signature Music with New Single ‘Santa’

The beautiful Afro House cover reimagines Rvssian, Rauw Alejandro, and Ayra Starr’s 2024 single of the same name, and marks the first release on Santiago’s Signature Music imprint this year.

World renowned DJ and record producer Santiago Garcia is set to launch the first release of the year on his label, Signature Music, with his highly anticipated new single, Santa. A mesmerizing Afro House-inspired cover of last year’s chart-topping global hit by Rvssian, Rauw Alejandro, and Ayra Starr, Garcia’s new rendition transforms the original into a deep, rhythmic and soul-stirring journey through sound, as he opens up the label’s 2025 tally in style.

A key figure in the global underground electronic music scene, Garcia has been shaping deep house and melodic techno for over twenty years, earning a reputation for his uniquely immersive and emotive productions. Having released on esteemed labels such as Innervisions, Exit Strategy, Get Physical, MoBlack and Renaissance, his sound has resonated across dancefloors from Buenos Aires to Berlin and beyond. Now, as he channels his creative energy into his 2024-launched record label Signature Music, he continues to forge a path defined by bold artistic expression and boundary pushing sounds.

Speaking about the new release, Santiago Garcia shared his excitement:

“With ‘Santa,’ I wanted to reimagine a track that already carried so much passion and energy, whilst giving it a fresh, organic twist. Afro House has a timeless quality—it’s rhythmic, emotional and deeply connected to the dancefloor. This rework is my way of paying tribute to that while maintaining the essence of the original.”

With its driving beats, warm organic textures, and Santiago Garcia’s unmistakable touch, ‘Santa’ retains the infectious melodic hooks of the original – which won Best Latin Urban Song in LOS40 Music Awards 2024 – while embedding them in hypnotic grooves, intricate percussive layers and atmospheric synth textures. The result is a track that feels both familiar and entirely new – a dancefloor anthem primed for peak-time moments yet rich with emotional depth, that has already seen hefty support from Rampa, &Me and Adam Port (Keinemusik).

As the first Signature release of the year, ‘Santa’ also represents the divers, evolving ethos of Garcia’s label. Launched in January 2024, Signature Music was conceived as a creative sanctuary for Garcia’s solo projects and collaborations, offering a home for distinctive, high-quality electronic music with a strong narrative and emotional core.

“Signature is more than just a label – it’s a space where I can fully express my artistic vision without compromise,” Garcia explains. “Every release is deeply personal, and I want the music to connect with people on a profound level. 2025 is going to be an exciting year, and ‘Santa’ is just the beginning.”

‘Santa’ will be available on all major streaming platforms and digital retailers via Signature Music: https://ffm.to/santaaa
