Shakira ft Rihanna – Can’t Remember To Forget You (Starkillers Remix)

Starkillers remixes the understated ska influenced single ‘Can’t Remember To Forget You’ from superstars Shakira and Rihanna. Starkillers takes the chunky rock arrangement and transforms it into a powerful club track with Shakira’s breathy vocals and Rihanna’s reggae touch amping up the drama.

Starkillers, the US electronic dance music DJ demonstrates his versatility with this remix as he blends his hard-edged style with the melancholic pop-rock collaboration delivered by Shakira and Rihanna. We’ve seen success from previous Starkillers remixes including his remix of Armin van Burren’s ‘Turn This Love Around’ and his remix of Hadouken!’s ‘Levitate’. Having released music on some of dance music’s most notable labels from Dim Mak to Spinning, Starkillers continues to grab the attention of the industry with his sound.

Starkillers has already kicked off this year with a release on Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak Records with his collaboration with Tony Junior, ‘Total Destruction’ and is spending time in the studio before his schedule gets jammed packed with tour dates and festivals across the US.

Starkillers tour dates:

8th March – Centro de Convenciones, Asuncion, Paraguay
22nd March – Nikki Beach, Miami, FL
7th May – Studio Paris, Chicago
29th May – District 30, Sacremento
31st May – Ruby Skye, San Francisco
