The London-based company ShowMango makes dreams come true for all music fans with its £25/month plan for unlimited concerts and live music events.
Recently, we’ve seen subscription-based businesses disrupting the entertainment industry. Companies like Netflix and Spotify have changed the way people watch movies and listen to music. ShowMango goes after the live shows with a similar concept and promises to grow revenue for all promoters and venues it partners with.
“Our objective is to give music fans the ability to attend unlimited concerts and DJ nights for the price of an affordable T-shirt. We want everyone to get the chance to enjoy the amazing shows London has to offer. We priced our service so that anyone could subscribe, no matter how deep your pockets”, James Kay, CEO, explains.
The team graduated from Seedcamp accelerator program as a music events discovery service called Fluttr. The company has already partnered with multiple promoters in London and will be offering shows at famous venues such as Fabric, Proud Camden, Fire, Lightbox, The Hoxton Bar, The Borderline, Village Underground, The Garage, Notting Hill Arts Club and many others. This means that members can expect free access to shows ranging from famous artists to more upcoming bands and DJ’s.
“We are really glad to launch ShowMango in London and to set long term deals with our partners”, James Kay says. “We are already preparing our international expansion and new cities will be announced very soon”.
The company is offering a 7-days complimentary trial, so head of to their website at www.showmango.com to try it out for free.
