SIGHT keeps the stakes high in June

Pacha Barcelona’s underground sessions continues breaking boundaries in the first month of summer

We couldn’t even blink and we’re already in the half of the year! June starts strong for SIGHT, with a great agenda that combines the best and most forward-thinking talent of the electronic music scene. Everything will start next Friday, June 7th with the visit of some good friends and crowd’s favorites to SIGHT…
7 de junio: SIGHT pres. FACT w/ Fur Coat
Venezuelan duo Fur Coat can’t hide their infinite passion for techno and the most pure ways of doing electronic music. Sergio Muñoz & Israel Sunshine have been mainstays and crowd favorites for quite some time now. Signed by some of the best labels in the world, as Damian Lazarus’ Crosstown Rebels, now their own label Oddity is one of the most active in the scene, where they keep releasing good music, as well as their regular Watergate Records, BPitch Control or Hot Creations appearances. Being one of the most acclaimed artists of all times, Steve Lawler needs little presentation. The British is one of the pioneers of the sound of his home city, Birmingham, a place that has had tremendous influence in Spain’s techno scene. This time, he’s back at Pacha Barcelona to please one of his most loyal and dedicated crowds. He will be showcasing his label VIVa Warriors along Nick Curly, Carlo Lio, Nathan Barato, and Gonçalo. For June’s third date, SIGHT has summoned one of the most prolific artist in the electronic music scene: Marc Kinchen aka MK. Having worked with all the great names in the industry, the Detroit artists is one of the most charismatic characters of the scene and someone that has managed to break the barriers of style, being called by names as big as Anabel Engelund, Will Smith, Quncy Jones, Pharrel, Diplo or Mary J. 28 de junio: SIGHT pres. Warung Recordings w/ Popof
For the last date of the month, SIGHT has wanted to repeat the excellent series of collaborations that have been going on with Brazilian super club Warung, in order to bring one of the most interesting French artists of the last few years to rock Pacha Barcelona’s crowds. Popof is a tremendously talented artists, not just as DJ, but also as producer and arranger. Member of the now gone French rave collective, Heretik, his productions have managed to reach the best labels, having recently released an EP in Paco Osuna’s Mindshake. The night is closed by two of the most promising Brazilian artists, with great relation with Warung, Leo Janeiro y Leozinho.
