Fast-rising UK talent SILK has unveiled his brand-new single ‘Supply The Love’, out 21st October. A sun-soaked spin on Toto’s ‘I’ll Supply The Love’, ‘Supply The Love’ combines euphoric piano chords, smooth guitar and catchy vocals – a formula that instantly transports the listener to warmer climes.
“‘Supply The Love’ is a great representation of everything that I’ve absorbed musically over the last couple of years. After widening the range of music from which I take inspiration from, I always strive to inject emotive elements into my tracks first instead of focusing too much on the technical elements. Subsequently, ‘Supply The Love’ came about really naturally. I started with the bouncy drums, then came the disco-esk bassline and then the guitar, strings and vocals were all just the cherry on top.” – SILK
The last twelve months have been nothing short of a miracle for Watford-based artist SILK. From quitting his job to pursue his music career to now growing a 14,000+ strong fanbase in that time, his feelgood production and infectious personality have gained plaudits across the board, including from the likes of Disclosure, Kiss FM and many more.
One of the most exciting young artists to emerge from the UK in quite some time, ‘Supply The Love’ is destined to further enhance SILK’s buzz.
