Simina Grigoriu Returns To OFF Recordings With New Single Actuary

Following the April release of her globally adored single Radiocarbon on her own Kuukou Records, one of the European Techno circuit’s most promising talents, Simina Grigoriu, makes her welcome return to OFF Recordings with her brand-new record Actuary. The offering marks her first appearance on the imprint since the release of her mammoth festival hit Auryn; a track that later went on to feature in OFF Recordings ‘Best Of 2022’ compilation.

Presenting as a stripped-back, hypnotic techno cut, Simina employs clean, minimal percussive elements to create a mesmeric foundation through which she builds this enveloping production. In true Simina style, we’re greeted with a delicate web of synth intricacies that ebb and flow through its sixminute run-time. Deliciously trippy in its effect, Actuary is another late-night gem from the contemporary star that will no doubt serve as a staple on the club and festival circuits for months and years to come.

Run by Andre Crom, Berlin-based record label OFF Recordings has established itself as one of the most loved and respected imprints on the underground circuit. Since its inception in 2008, the globally-renowned Techno house has chartered hundreds of releases from some of the industry’s leading artists, including Amelie Lens, Charlotte de Witte, Adam Beyer, Chris Liebing and Richie Hawtin, to name a few. Channelling the authentic perspectives of both established and up-and-coming artists alike, OFF Recordings has become a rite of passage to the upper echelons of dance music for many an aspiring producer.

Simina Grigoriu – Actuary is out now via OFF Recordings.
