Siskin – Are We Dreaming

Given all that’s happened in Sue McLaren and Suzanne Chesterton’s musical lives over the last twelve months, you might wonder if there’s an autobiographical element to ‘Are We Dreaming’. Having exploded onto the scene in 2022, the all-singing/spinning sistership have debut-wowed at numerous festivals, while innovatively releasing one club smash after another.

Following their stellar performance at ASOT London, where it played a starring role in their set, Siskin are now ready to singles-drop the breathtakingly fine ‘Are We Dreaming’!

After ‘Rest Of My Days’ and ‘Let Go’, the track’s another studio-summoning cut from Siskin’s unique sonic cloth. Through it, the duo weave mood, nuance, ether and feels into its dreamlike fabric. As with Sue and Suzanne’s previous releases though, ‘Are We Dreaming’ pulls off a canny sleight of hand, hiding a hypnotically-pulsing, floor-driving club-engine under all the harmonic beauty.

‘Are We Dreaming’ is available from today through all good streaming & sales platforms here [https://blackhole.lnk.to/arewedreaming]. Siskin’s debut album will be released later in 2023.
