Slip Back In Time Brings Old Skool To Ibiza

Hugely respected rave legend, Slipmatt, returns to Ibiza for 2023 with Slip Back In Time presents Old Skool Ibiza 2023. Taking place over a week from 17th to 24th May in venues including Eden, Es Paradis, Ibiza Rocks, Plastik, Itaca, and The Palm Star, Old Skool Ibiza brings together a crew of experienced ravers for a week of pool parties, club adventures and classic tunes. DJs lined up include some of the biggest names from back-in-the-day, including Graeme Park, K-Klass, Shades Of Rhythm, Ratpack, Utah Saints, Brandon Block, Alex P, Mark Archer (Bizarre Inc / Altern-8), Rob Tissera, Nicky Blackmarket, Angie Brown and many moreover 100 DJs and artists on the line up.  A 7-day trip starts at just £620 all-inclusive (based on 3 sharing for the full 7 nights – flights not included). More information on events and booking is at www.slipbackintime.com.
Slip Back In Time started back in 2000 with Slipmatt’s weekly residencies at Eden, and a small club called Nightlife at the bottom of San Antonio’s West End – one of the original Ibiza clubs playing Acid House back in 1987. Matt has been back and forth to the island hundreds of times over the last 30 years and brings that experience to Old Skool Ibiza, an annual event that has developed a strong community based on a love of old skool music and parties.
Slipmatt comments, “I’ve been involved in Rave Holidays for almost 10 years, but since 2019 with Slip Back In Time we’ve absolutely nailed the formula – it’s so much fun”

Slip Back In Time Presents Old Skool Ibiza guests can join an ‘all-inclusive’ week, staying anywhere between 3 and 7 days. The event takes place at the San Remo and S’Estanyol, two hotels that are linked together as one complex, allowing everyone to hang out with each other as much as they like. The hotels are right next to the beach, and each has a pool which are the focus of pool parties and chillouts.
After the sun sets, night-time promises plenty of unforgettable collabs as Slip Back In Time and Old Skool Ibiza hook up with Culture Shock at The Palm Star on 17th May, and Housework & Bassface at Es Paradis on 18thMay. Those with steady sea legs can join the Ratpack & Proper Old Skool boat party on 19th, while Old Skool Ibiza goes back to ’88 – ’92 at the legendary Plastik. They will join Syn on the terrace at Itaca on 21st, Peach at Eden on 22nd, and This House Is For Rave House at The Palm Star on 23rd for the closing party.
Old Skool Ibiza has consistently sold out since it started officially in 2019. This is down to the friendly atmosphere, up-for-it crowd – the rave generation that never grew up – and the long list of quality DJs dropping the best old skool and rave house.
