Jose Zaragoza - So Happy

Eclectic DJ and producerJose Zaragoza has been rapidly taking over the House music world in the last few months, establishing himself as one of Chicago’s most acclaimed music exports. Following the steps of his legendary mentors, Tony Rodriguez and Burt Blanchard, Jose Zaragoza has established himself with a traditional Chicago style House sound, which he tastefully blends with Tech, Funk and Disco influences.

Along the years, the gifted artist has inked deals with some of the world’s most renowned labels like: Select Case, Restore Music, Scrambled Recordings, Le Bien Et Le Mal Recordings, Achterdeck, Walkin’ Rhyth’m Records, Doppelgaenger, ADSR Records, High Pro-File Recordings, Fine Grind Audio, Musica Diaz / Senorita, Anybody Music, Mood Indigo, Complex Textures, HiFi Stories, Wasabi Recordings, City Life, Tech You Very Much!, House Call Records, OXO Recordsand his own Deep Hype Sounds Records amongst others, making him a staple chart entree on: Traxsource, Juno, Stompy and DJshop.de.

After a series of successful releases and radio show episodes, Jose Zaragoza is now back with another wonder, titled ‘So Happy’, available on Beatport as from the 29th of June, 2015. A three-track package, ‘So Happy’ includes the original mix of the same titled lead single, a remix of ‘So Happy’ in collaboration with Sev Santiago and a third alternative by the name of ‘Back On Up’.

Boasting Jose’s signature House style, ‘So Happy’ offers tasty, deep, Funky bass-lines and smooth vocals, creating a truly uplifting mood. On the other hand, the remix of ‘So Happy’ is a team-up between Jose Zaragoza and the talented Sev Santiago, unleashing some remarkable Big Room elements to enhance the dance-factor of this track. ‘Back On Up’ is given the closing spot on the EP, offering distinctive melodies and a captivating groove sure to fire-up dance floors.

Following Jose Zaragoza’s ‘Beat This EP’, his latest release‘So Happy’ has also earned a place on Altered Bells Records’ catalogue. The German label has become a recognised House and Tech House trend-setter, boasting an important roster, comprising names such as: Sev Santiago, The Vaya Project, Cold Colin, Pas De Nom, Echobit, Steven Abraham, James Le Roux, Gabriel Louis Grind, and Philip Smash. Jose Zaragoza is certainly aremarkable addition to the Altered Bells group and his up-coming EP ‘So Happy’ will surely be enriching this imprint’s capital.
