MALATOID - Some Balance / Save The Groove

Percomania is an exciting new label venture that aims to build a dynamic platform of expression for an ever-growing family of like-minded musical souls. Having recently released the enthralling ‘Grande’ (PM002) by the much-loved SOAME from Zürich Switzerland, it is now time to move forward into an exciting new year with another stylish package, this time courtesy of the Italian DJ and producer, Malatoid.
 
Malatoid is at present focusing himself in solo mode, alongside being boss of his own eponymous label. He has been creating his own distinctive music for a few years now and his infectious, stripped back tech house style, as displayed here to such great effect on ‘Some Balance’ and bonus track ‘Save The Groove’, has already won him an ever-growing army of fans around the globe and on the evidence here is set to continue through 2017.
 
Percomania have also engaged the most exciting trio of Adam Cloud, Nicola Cloud & Ramon Rai, on remix duties for ‘Some Balance’. And these stars of the Czech house scene have stamped their own essential joi de vivre on proceedings, taking the track in a dynamic new tech house direction that perfectly compliments this creative package.
 
With numerous exciting projects planned for the coming months, ‘Some Balance’/’Save The Groove’ is Percomania’s first bold statement of their underground attitude for 2017, making it a label that everyone should keep on their musical radar from now on.
