Zephyr - Soul Trumpet

On 24TH August 2015 rising talent Zephyr releases his first independent white label single ‘Soul Trumpet’, featuring the guest vocals of U.S singer-songwriter Patricia Edwards.

‘Soul Trumpet’ is a fusion of future sounds, with elements of Hip Hop, Gospel, RnB and Soul…just a small insight into Zephyr’s unique sound and creativity.

Aged 22 and hailing from Bristol Zephyr, or Alex Channelle to his mum, is a producer and DJ who counts the likes of Hudson Mohawke, Rustie and all hip hop, soul and R&B as some of his musical influences. His own sound has been compared to the likes of Two Inch Punch and Brontosaurus, tapping into the futuristic sounds and heavy bass of both.

Now working with like-minded artists based both here in the UK and the U.S, Zephyr has recently relocated to London to push forward with his unique style of music.
