Jose Zaragoza - Start Of A Revolution

Jose Zaragoza has been behind some impressive projects in the past few months. Getting his signature on top-notch releases such as: ‘Shooting Star Vol. 2’, ‘Beat This’ and ‘So Happy’, he is now following up with another exhilarating production by the name of ‘Start Of A Revolution’. Released on the 6th of July, 2015, ‘Start Of A Revolution’ is a three-track EP, comprising: ‘This Is How We Do It’, ‘Gutter Ball’ and ‘Rock With Jack’.

An eclectic DJ and producer, Jose Zaragoza is quickly establishing himself as one of Chicago’s finest House music exports. Having been mentored by two legendary names like Tony Rodriguez and Burt Blanchard, Jose Zaragoza is now carrying their legacy through his refined Chicago House style to which he adds Tech, Funk and Disco flavours.

Having been in this business for a relatively long time, Jose Zaragoza has managed to build a following of both fans and labels alike, having signed deals with renowned imprints such as: Select Case, Restore Music, Scrambled Recordings, Le Bien Et Le Mal Recordings, Achterdeck, Walkin’ Rhyth’m Records, Doppelgaenger, ADSR Records, High Pro-File Recordings, FineGrind Audio, Musica Diaz / Senorita, Anybody Music, Mood Indigo, Complex Textures, HiFi Stories, Wasabi Recordings, City Life, Tech You Very Much!, House Call Records, OXO Records and his own Deep Hype Sounds Records amongst others. His unique musical vision has also made him a press favourite and a staple top-seller on: Traxsource, Juno, Stompy and DJshop.de.

‘Start Of A Revolution’ is a collection of diverse influences, which are now becoming synonymous with Jose Zaragoza’s sound. The three tracks boast a diverse sonic spectrum dabbling into: House, Deep, Tech, Funky House and Nu-disco, offering different tastes and textures. Deeper vibes found in ‘This Is How We Do It’, percussive wonders characterising ‘Gutter Ball’ and the groovy vocals in ‘Rock With Jack’ provide an eclectic EP which is sure to get dance-floors fired up this summer. Whilst Jose Zaragoza displays his usual pumping style and refined musical taste, this EP is once again a further evolution on his sound, showing the diversity of inspirations he’s able to channel.

Jose Zaragoza’s latest effort ‘Start Of A Revolution’ is the first heavyweight release on Cube Tip Records. A newly established label, Cube Tip Records has embarked on a journey to become a recognised name within the electronic music world. With such an important start, the label is certainly on the right track to become a trendsetter within the coming months and with the aid of talented artists such as Jose Zaragoza, such aim is surely within reach.
