Steve Aoki - Steve Aoki – Darker Than Blood

Next from the NEON FUTURE series of videos is the STEVE AOKI featuring Linkin Park track “Darker Than Blood” off the NEON FUTURE II album.  In the new video, AOKI and Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda are seen hard at work in a laboratory in the not-too-distant future, racing against the clock to find a cure for a virus that’s rapidly killing off all the humans on the planet.

Always having an eye for all things fashion, today AOKI also launches his first and only run of limited edition glasses with the creation of his exclusive eyewear line for Dim Mak.  This limited edition collection is available in six different fashion forward frames and in multiple color pallets. They will be exclusively available at aokieyewear.com.

The glasses, which retail for $60.00, will come with an authenticity card verifying that they are part of this exclusive one-time collection, as well as a link to download an exclusive mix by STEVE AOKI himself. Once the glasses are gone, no more will be made or reproduced.

“I wanted to make a small collection of eyewear based around themes from Neon Future,” says STEVE AOKI. (Each frame has a futuristic name attached to it.) “I teamed up with my close friend George Gorrow, designer and founder of Ksubi, to design this capsule collection. We wanted it to be affordable for our fans but have a futuristic style.  Welcome to the Steve Aoki collection for Dim Mak. “

In other news, tomorrow, Friday, June 26, STEVE AOKI will celebrate the 100th episode of his international ‘AOKI’s House’ podcast which was captured at his recent career-defining LAoki set recorded live this past May when he performed a concert on the streets of downtown Los Angeles.  To date, all podcasts combined have received over eight million downloads.  All episodes are available now at: http://apple.co/1kbMrXH
