DJ Pierre - Strobe Light Laser ACID (Remixes)

Get Physical revisits DJ Pierre’s ‘Strobe Light Laser ACID’ taken from his recent ‘Wild Pitch: The Story’ album this June, with remixes from Chus & Ceballos and fellow Phuture artist Lessnoise.

Following the success of 2017’s ‘Wild Pitch: The Story’, DJ Pierre’s debut album which saw the Acid House pioneer mark yet another milestone in his career with sixteen new cuts offered up via the revered Get Physical imprint, the label now takes a look back at one of the highlights from the critically acclaimed long player with some fresh interpretations of ‘Strobe Light Laser ACID’ from Chus & Ceballos and Lessnoise.

Leading is Stereo Productions duo Chus & Ceballos who reshape the original with vacillating synth flutters, pulsating low-end shuffles and bumpy percussion whilst stirring in the originals frenzied acid licks, airy strings and vocoder voice licks.

Lessnoise, the other current member of DJ Pierre’s Phuture project steps up next with his ‘MoreAcid Mix’, offering a more refined take on things via choppy bass hits, stripped-back percussion and billow dub swells before the latter stages ease in the producers signature squelching 303 lines to tail out the record.

The ‘Strobe Light Laser ACID (Remixes)’ will be out on Get Physical 29th June 2018.
