Swiss Musical Powerhouse EDX Drops First Single of 2023 Renascence

Closing 2022 with his magical track, So Good, Swiss dance music stalwart EDX returns to the release front to showcase what he has been working on over the winter months. Marking his first release of the year with an epic cut, Renascence is out now on PinkStar Records.
Standing out as one of the hottest records of Miami Music Week 2023, Renascence has been tried and tested, and instantly resonated with crowds around the globe. Building the track up with all the elements we have come to know and love from the industry titan, EDX combines airy pads, signature synths and majestic strings to set the tone. Introducing soaring vocals and dramatic percussion into the mix, his latest addition to his catalogue ebbs and flows with power and grace across its entirety. One of the most dedicated, hard-working characters in the industry, Grammy-nominated DJ, producer, label head & radio show host, EDX has remained at the forefront of the electronic music scene since he began releasing back in 2000. Responsible for some of the globe’s most adored dance anthems, including his chart-topping edits of Sam Feldt’s Show Me Love and Robin Schulz’s Sugar, EDX amasses over 2 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone. His legendary NoXcuses radio show on iHeart (formerly on SiriusXM’s Electric Area) is currently broadcast to over 40 countries twice a week. With an international touring schedule that regularly sees him cross multiple countries and continents each week, he performs at the most esteemed festivals on the global circuit and has held residencies at some of the world’s most iconic clubs, including Marquee Las Vegas.

2022 was one of EDX’s most prolific years to-date, boasting an array of releases on prestigious imprints and tirelessly touring the world over. Teaming up with Allie Crystal for Don’t Be Afraid and sampling Dennis Parker’s iconic Like An Eagle in Holy Wood with FREY, EDX’s impressive musical output keeps him at the helm of the scene. With upcoming tour dates at Lavo NYC, Club Revelin in Dubrovnik and World DJ Festival in South Korea, EDX continues to spread his scintillating live sets with people all around the globe, and remains one of the most cherished acts in dance music. Promising to keep the new music flowing, be sure to stay tuned for more EDX original productions coming soon.
