After the successful release of Systematic Shades Vol.1 back in 2015, WEHBBA is back to Systematic Recordings this November with the second installment in the series. Systematic Shades Vol.2 features 3 original tracks from the Brazilian producer, showcasing his impressive production skills.
The lead track on this EP comes in the form of “Moonrise”. With an infectious bass and some powerhouse percussion, this track provides that deep groove to get any audience moving. As the synth stabs and rhythmic claps slap through the mix, WEHBBA breaks it down deep before bringing back the heat to create a perfectly balanced track.
Kicks reign supreme in the first of the B-Side tracks “Polychrome”, thumping into a seriously melodic destiny. Variations of textural synth patterns keep the track fresh and the mind wondering, it's a perfect pairing to “Moonrise”.
Finally “The Persistence of Memory” rounds out the whole EP with a deep and luscious lead that hooks you in and keep you above the thick backbone of bass featured throughout this track.
