TÂCHES Drops New Single ‘Searching For God’ in Groundbreaking Collaboration with David Satori

Producer TÂCHES, who is living in Costa Rica and was born in the United Kingdom, has been pushing the limits of electronic music with his current project, ‘Searching For God’. TÂCHES, who is well-known for his creative blending of genres and ability to create avant-garde soundscapes, has undergone a significant artistic metamorphosis with his latest release, which is the result of an unanticipated partnership with Beats Antique and Dirtwire’s David Satori.

The origins of ‘Searching For God’ are as compelling as its music. The project began during the Winter Solstice of 2022 at a cosy festival in San Marcos La Laguna, Guatemala. It was here that TÂCHES and Satori, both headliners, crossed paths in neighbouring rooms. Their spontaneous meeting ignited a creative spark that quickly led to an impromptu jam session in Laurel Canyon. This unplanned collaboration resulted in the creation of ten tracks, which, although initially shelved, were later rediscovered by TÂCHES in the tranquil environment of the Costa Rican rainforest. There, he reimagined these tracks by incorporating the ambient sounds of the jungle, transforming them into a rich and immersive auditory experience.

‘Searching For God’ is more than just a single release; it marks the beginning of a series of upcoming tracks that will delve into raw and formative experiences. This project showcases TÂCHES’s ability to seamlessly blend his music with the profound influences of his environment, promising a journey that will both surprise and captivate listeners with its evolving sound that bridges mystical and vibrant elements.

In addition to his role as a producer, TÂCHES is also a creativity coach, offering the HEART OF SOUND course. This program is designed to help emerging producers explore music’s spiritual dimensions and infuse their tracks with emotional depth. Under his mentorship, and with the support of guest teachers such as KAASI, Matthew Dekay, and 2fox, artists are guided to discover and express their unique creative voices, resulting in work that resonates on a deeply personal and universally relatable level.

With a career spanning over a decade, TÂCHES has established himself as a significant force in electronic music. His releases through his label GLITTER COWBOY, as well as collaborations with Anjunadeep and Kitsuné, highlight his versatility. Notable remixes for artists like RÜFÜS DU SOL and ZHU further showcase his skill, while his performances at renowned festivals like Burning Man underscore his prowess as a live performer.

As TÂCHES prepares to release the remaining tracks from ‘Searching For God’, anticipation is building for the full realization of this captivating project. From the mystical landscapes of Guatemala to the vibrant heart of Costa Rica, ‘Searching For God’ promises to be an exciting new chapter in TÂCHES’s illustrious career.
