Dutch dance music superstar, Nicky Romero, is back with yet another sensational production in the form of ‘Take Me’ ft. Colton Avery – out now via Protocol Recordings.
Collaborating with singer/songwriter Colton Avery, and with The Script taking part in the writing process, Take Me’ sees Nicky explore his roots as a musician, and is sure to delight fans across both the dance and pop music spectrum. On ‘Take Me’ Romero combines Colton’s commanding vocals with an impossibly catchy pop infused melody, whilst still ensuring he stays true to the progressive house sound that has earned him legions of fans the world over.
2016 has marked a new era for the Dutch phenomenon. Flexing his production muscles, Nicky has been testing the boundaries and experimenting with new genres, teaming up with the likes of disco legend Nile Rodgers for ‘Future Funk’ and Colton Avery and Irish pop rock powerhouse The Script for his latest offering. Fresh off a mammoth summer tour that has seen him play every major festival, from Tomorrowland to Creamfields, Romero will be setting sail once more for a tour of South America and Asia, landing back home for his annual Protocol party to kick off this year’s Amsterdam Dance Event on 19th October. With plenty more tricks left up his sleeve for the coming months, all eyes and ears are on Nicky Romero.
