TAYLOR SWIFT - TAYLOR SWIFT – BAD BLOOD

Global superstar, singer-songwriter and seven-time Grammy® Award winner Taylor Swift premiered the music video for her new single ‘Bad Blood’ last night at the Billboard Music Awards. The Billboard Music Awards 2015 were broadcasted live on ABC in the US and saw Taylor win 8 awards – including Top Artist, Top Billboard 200 Album and Billboard Chart Achievement Award – making her the most awarded artist in Billboard’s history with 20 career wins.
 
Produced by Taylor Swift and directed by Joseph Kahn, the video for ‘Bad Blood’ is an epic, mini summer blockbuster. It features starring roles from Emmy winners, Golden Globe winners, Grammy winners, an Oscar nominee as well as both upcoming and iconic supermodels. These include Lily Aldridge, Zendaya, Haley Williams, Gigi Hadid, Ellie Goulding, Hailee Steinfeld, Lena Dunham, Jessica Alba, Serayah, Martha Hunt, Kendrick Lamar, Selena Gomez, Ellen Pompeo, Mariska Hargitay, Cara Delevigne, Cindy Crawford and Karlie Kloss, all of whom chose their individual character’s name and persona.
 
The video accompanies a brand new remixed version of ‘Bad Blood’ which features Kendrick Lamar and is written by Taylor Swift, Max Martin, Shellback and Kendrick Lamar, and produced by Max Martin and Shellback (for MXM productions) and Ilya for Wolfcousins Productions. ‘Bad Blood’ is the fourth single to be released from Taylor’s critically acclaimed, history breaking new album 1989 which has sold over 7.5 million albums worldwide and has now been certified double platinum in the UK having spent 27 weeks in the Top 10 of the UK official album charts where it debuted at no. 1 on release.
 
Taylor Swift – who will be performing at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Norwich this Sunday 24 May – is currently embarking on her worldwide tour. The 1989 World Tour kicked off with two consecutive sold out shows at The Tokyo Dome stadium in Tokyo on 5 and 6 May, and encompasses eight countries and four continents, including North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. The UK leg of The 1989 World Tour will start on 23 June in Glasgow at The SEE Hydro and hit Manchester on 24 June at Manchester Arena before Taylor headlines Barclaycard Presents British Summer Time Hyde Park 2015 in London on 27 June.
