Following the release of her acclaimed ‘Saudade’ EP, Brooklyn-via-Colombia singer Tei Shi (Valerie Teicher) unveils new single ‘Bassically’. Co-produced with long-term collaborator Luca Buccellati, ‘Bassically’ is a defiant anthem about embracing change and freeing yourself from prescribed expectations, set to avant-pop rhythms, beatific psychedelic washes and Valerie’s equisite voice that moves from sweetness to Björk-like grandiosity.
