Terminal V announces initial acts and two-day event for Easter 2021 showcase

2020 headliners re-sign for 2021, with tons of new additions for the newly expanded two day event across Easter weekend in April

Having made its name by producing Scotland’s most impressive one day festival, Terminal V now go one step further and announce that, for the first time in its history, they will host two genre-busting days of musical programming. All of the confirmed acts for the postponed 2020 event such as Charlotte De Witte, Eats Everything, Floorplan, Honey Dijon, Shanti Celeste, Octo Octa, Ben UFO and Avalon Emerson as well assoe new additions such as Sven Vath, Alan Fitzpatrick, Perc, Dax J, Ben Sims, Haai, Green Velvet, Monika Kruse,  and more will all play across five expertly produced stages on Saturday, April 3rd and Sunday, April 4th at the now legendary home of The Royal Highland Centre grounds in Edinburgh

Terminal V 2021 will now offer double the action, double the acts and of course double the good times. Previous headline bookings have been maintained and honoured by the hoard of top-level artists that are a major part of the Terminal V family. That means that the full spectrum of electronica is more than catered for each day.

Who better to start with than with Saturday session headliner Plastikman Richie Hawtin, the Canadians’ uncompromising and forward thinking style will dovetail perfectly with the harder edged artists featuring that day such as big hitters Alan Fitzpatrick, I Hate Models, Helena Hauff, Dax J, Nina Kraviz, Luigi Madonna, and Belgian main room mistress Charlotte De Witte

As well as this sizzling array of headliners there will also be a raft of support acts that can more than hold their own with the A-listers. Featuring on Saturday’s growing techno bill will be Perc,  Shdw & Obscure Shape, T78, and of course regular heavy hitters Frazi.er and Stephen Brown.

Terminal V is techno through and through but they also know a thing or two about what it takes to fire up a dance floor and on Saturday you can also find a truly diverse range of artists from across the musical spectrum. We welcome back Hessle Audio main man Ben UFO as well as Avalon Emerson, old friend and bad man selector Eats Everything, gospel house father and daughter duo Floorplan, Haai, Honey Dijon, Kornel Kovacs, Classic Music Company don Luke Solomun, Detroit digger Mike Servito, Milo Spykers, Octo Octa, Peach Discs boss Shanti Celeste, and Ejeca completes phase 2 of the first day’s event.

Moving on to day 2 and Sunday will feature a legion of techno titans and top of that bill is Cocoon boss and all round legend Sven Vath. The Frankfurt character will be joined by close friends and main room mainstays Ben Sims, Kink (live), Perc, Green Velvet, Regal, Rebuke and Serbian leading lady Tijana T. Aiding and abetting on the tougher stages will be Parisian artist Airod and Carlota.

As well as presenting the many shades of techno day 2 at Terminal V 2021 will also be home to all manner of selector specialists including Chicago lynchpin Derrick Carter, Moxie, Eli Brown, Hammer, Prok | Fitch, and Solardo.

As an added bonus, there are also some double weekend appearances for a handful of acts, playing both the Saturday and Sunday,  including Terminal V favourite, Hamburg’s Helena Hauff alongside weekend appearances from Scotland’s very own Stephen Brown and Frazi.er + more TBA.

The artist announcements most definitely do not stop there, with another 25 names to be announced to this sprawling event later this year.  Just make sure that you do not sleep on the tickets for this monstrous event as they will not hang around for long.
