LA based DJ/Producer Jack Cousteau makes his debut, with a deep bouncy single “The 808” out November 13th on In The Loop. “The 808” plays homage to the classic Roland Drum machine used by endless DJs and producers. Shying away from the use of complicated percussion, this track relies on the tried and tested, strong kick and baseline combo. Doing so also allows for the sampled vocals to really shine through. The swelling synth lines during the break, lead into a nice crescendo that drops into the previous established groove.
