The Deepshakerz are having a brilliant and busy year as they return once again to Moon Harbour with ‘One Night’, a fresh new track hot on the heels of their Ain’t Nobody EP back in summer.
Domy Berardino and Mirco Sonatore have a hard-to-define sound that roams across the house spectrum. They make everything from edgy tech to deeper house via funky Afro sounds. For that reason, they are mainstays on the likes of Green Velvet’s Cajual and Kerri Chandler’s MadTech as well as being a core part of the contemporary Moon Harbour family. As such they make a welcome return here with ‘One Night.’
This is a chunky percussive tech house track full of hustling drums and steely snares. A nagging lead synth speaks of emotional pain which is backed up by the forlorn yet steamy female vocal who speaks of having only one night together. That combination along with the warm bass is sure to add to a real outpouring of feelings on the dance floor.
This new single from The Deepshakerz proves once again why they are such a good fit with Moon Harbour.
