As Insomniac prepares for its international debut with the premier of Electric Daisy Carnival, London they are pleased to offer emerging dance music talent the opportunity to play at the festival, which will take place at London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Saturday 20th July 2013, via their successful competition, the Discovery Project.
First started during 2012’s Electric Daisy Carnival, Las Vegas, the Discovery Project provides emerging electronic dance music talent with the opportunity to gain exposure by offering undiscovered artists the opportunity to play at one of Insomniac’s music festivals.
To enter the Discovery Project, submit your latest original track and a 30-minute DJ mix for consideration by Discovery Project judges. Full details for entry are here – but you don’t have much time, as all submissions must be received by Monday 1st July before midnight.
If your submission ranks at the top – in terms of originality and professional production quality – you will get to play a set at Electric Daisy Carnival London, be considered for Insomniac’s forthcoming DJ management and music marketing platform, guest mix an edition of Data Transmission’s official podcast series and be featured on the site, and be featured on the Electric Daisy Carnival London website. Entrants must be over 18. Full terms & conditions can be found here.
