Label man Lil’ Mark (Classic, MFF) arrives with a stellar release on the Apollo imprint with his new single “The Past & Present”.
As always, Mark delivers. The first track here is “98 Lost Dat”, which is a true classic house gem, which was recently located and re-mastered from old DAT recordings back in 1998. Originally slated for release with the Classic Music Company, this track truly captures the quirky elements that have kept Mark at the forefront of the industry for the last 20 years.
Next up are both "Loose 1" and "Loose 2" which are two versions of a deep house jam, which features a driving bass line, funky percussion, melodic synths and delays that take you on a journey and make you want more. These tracks are great stand-alone DJ cuts or perfect for layering with accapellas or vocals.
This release is another excellent installment to Lil’ Mark’s discography and a great release for the Apollo Music Group.
