Be it his radio show in Sau Paolo, his 3 piece Brazilian ensemble Nomumbah, or under his own name, Rafael doesn’t stop surprising; his latest EP on Get Physical, ‘The Physical Experience’ is no exception.
With ‘Brookline’ leading the charge and a heavier remix from Reno Wurzbacher hot on its tails, the EP explores a steamy side of house that seeks to pull you in with its simplicity.
A lighter track with plenty of hustle, the Original simmers while Reno’s Wurzbacher Mix shakes things down and opts for a deeper drive. ‘Calling’ takes us into a new world with a saucy groove and after hour ambience, wrapping up the EP beautifully while maintaining a smooth balance between directions.
