Riva Starr continues his fruitful relationship with Defected Records, delivering three club weapons on ‘The Superdope EP’.
‘Raw Feel’ is exactly that; a visceral, rolling house thumper which layers percussive and synth loops over a heavy low end. ‘Superdope’ is darker, twisting its way around the looped vocal through menacing, metallic waves, while ‘Body Movin’’ rounds of the package in fine form with its stylishly understated groove.
