TIM PLVNK drops melancholic new single ‘SOMEBODY’

Emerging German DJ / producer TIM PLVNK continues his prolific start to 2021 with brand new single ‘SOMEBODY’.

An emotionally charged dance cut, ‘SOMEBODY’ juxtaposes sugar-sweet vocals and ethereal breakdowns with a deep, domineering bassline. It marks his third single release of the new year, following on from ‘ADIOS AMIGO’ and ‘MIRACLE’.

Tim explains: “With ‘SOMEBODY’, my team and I want to present a track that appeals to many higher-ups and forces everyone to bob along with a groovy dance beat. Supplemented with soulful vocals and lyrics that tell a true story, we want to get everyone to sing and dance in the car, on the beach or the dance floor.”

A producer, marketing manager and DJ, TIM PLVNK discovered dance music aged 16, first trying his hand as a DJ and throwing wild parties in abandoned buildings. His desire to become an artist grew and he dropped his debut single ‘ECHO’ in April 2019. The follow-up, ‘I JUST WANT YOU’ went viral, racking up 4 million Spotify streams and skyrocketing Tim’s reputation overnight.
