Armed with a large dose of the usual Vegas humour,’Toot Toot (Beak Beak Mix)’ (…make of that title what you will!) is a play on Donna Summer’s classic, ‘Bad Girls’. Featuring the vocals of Kerry Davies and The Taz, Vegas launches into an infectious Discofied Hi NRG bass hook, surrounded by bubbling synth hooks, dramatic breakdowns and backed with some meaty beat science to decimate the dance floor! Also featured on the package is a remix from 80’s analogue loving synth-pop kids, Vanni & Fav, who deliver what can only be described as an Electronic Glam Rockstomper!

Timmy Vegas is most famously known for his Soul Central House version with Andy Ward of ‘Strings Of Life’ – championed by House giants, Frankie Knuckles, Kerri Chandler, Pete Tong and is now an anthem from Ibiza to Miami. The track went UK top 10 and won an NMC award for more than 10000 UK radio plays following its release on Defected. A virtuoso pianist, Timmy’s talents combined with a vast musical knowledge enables him to effortlessly genre cross between soulful, peak time and deep house to Disco and Boogie fused grooves, always delivering the goods for the dance floor! He has released productions on respected New York City labels on Masters at Work Ken Lou Records, Henry Street, Soundmen on Wax, King Street and UK labels Ministry Of Sound, Defected, Fierce Angels and Z Records, among others. His productions have been remixed by Osunlade, Spen and Grant Nelson. Timmy made his Favouritizm Records debut with his remix of Mannix ft Dina Vass ‘Standing Right Here’ to great acclaim, the label are a huge fan and couldn’t wait to have him back for his own release ‘Toot Toot’.
