In October 2014 we said: “Toolroom is coming home to the city where it all began, bringing our strongest and most diverse line-up to date.” But fast forward 2 years and we’re back at the Egg London, following a sell out party earlier in the year, with the biggest and strongest line-up we’ve ever had. We’re fully primed with artists we have helped nourish, grow and believe in…
Across 3 rooms and 12 artists, the night showcases our signature sounds. In the newly refurbished Garden, Toolroom Live will offer twelve hours of blistering Tech House and Techno. Headlining the room will be label boss Mark Knight, fresh from his recent success of his summer anthem ‘Yebisah’; and we also welcome the inimitably talented Technasia, for what will be yet another flawless peak-time set.
Argentinian Toolroom fan favourite Adrian Hour is also making a rare London appearance – weaving from Tech-house to Techno, his productions such as ‘Like This’ showcase how he is able to work every genre perfectly. For the first time we also have Bulgaria‘s Metodi Hristov, adding the finishing touches to the main floor.
In the Terrace we welcome you to the intimate clubbing experience of Weiss City. With an appreciation and admiration for old school Chicago House, this ongoing residency offers Weiss a chance to invite artists who share his same love of music. There’s no greater proponent for this sound than the legendary S-Man aka Roger Sanchez, truly an artist who needs no introduction. German duo Mat.Joe have caused a stir with their fresh productions, and offer a modern twist on this original House sound and complete the strong line up.
In the Basement, our friends at upcoming UK label Love & Other take things deeper. Flying over from her Berlin base, Juliet Fox headlines the room, and she is joined by The Golden Boy. Part of the original Eton Messy collective, his deep, luscious productions fit the room perfectly – with latest Love & Other single ‘Good To You’ receiving props from Mixmag and Radio 1.
