London artist S.Chu marks his debut on SoSure Music with a new package entitled ‘Trip/Bubblegum’, featuring two original compositions.
S.Chu aka Simon Chue has built a glowing reputation since his debut on Copyright Records in 2013, boasting production credits for the likes of Kano and a collaboration with garage legend Wookie, while releases on Defected and Undr The Radr have seen support from Annie Mac and Toddla T, and this December sees the UK producer offer a two-track release on London’s SoSure Music.
First up is ‘Trip’, which blends immersive textures with visceral low-end and enticing vocal edits to forge a fiery, peak-time number before ‘Bubblegum’ makes its presence felt with grooving drums, jittering piano stabs and sultry vocals arrangements, closing the release in S.Chu’s typically dance-floor focused fashion.
S.Chu’s ‘Trip/Bubblegum’ drops on SoSure Music 16th December.
