Unknown 2014 Boat Parties

Following on from the announcement of their island parties which sold out in under an hour, Unknown Croatia unveil their infamous boat parties featuring artists from the already stellar line-up such as Eats Everything, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Optimo & Koze and with brand takeovers from the likes of Bugged Out, secretsundaze, Resident Advisor, FACT and Krankbrother.

Taking place on the beautiful Adriatic coastline in the medieval town of Rovinj, Unknown features live music from the legendary Chic Ft. Nile Rodgers, critically-acclaimed and much lauded acts Chvrches, Wild Beasts, Mount Kimbie and Jungle, breakthrough trio London Grammar and pioneering Berlin outfit Moderat. DJ sets from Brit nominees Disclosure, Jamie XX, DJ Harvey, Prins Thomas, John Talabot and Hot Since 82 are among over 50 artists performing.

Offering intimate forest and beachfront stages, plus brand new island parties hosted by Phantasy, Young Turks and Numbers only accessible by a short boat ride, the five day pioneering music event also commissions artists to create one-off installations onsite plus hosts a variety of games including the infamous paint fight, brand new Disco Dodgeball and arts, boutique clothing and glitter face painting at various market stalls around the site. With accommodation and transfers now available through the Unknown website, around 25¬-30 flights a day leaving the UK for nearby airports plus an array of on-site accommodation options just moments from Rovinj’s stunning Blue Flag beach, Unknown is a truly unique event to close out the summer in style.
