Ushuaïa Ibiza kicks off the 2018 season with a blast
The open-air club officially opened its doors on Saturday 19th May, kicking off the 2018 season to a phenomenal start, with the first of two sensational Saturdays for the Ushuaïa Ibiza Opening Party ANTS Takeover.
Drawing in thousands of revellers from across the world, the inimitable Ushuaïa atmosphere was in full swing, with a killer lineup, breathtaking visuals and a mind-blowing CO2 display. Showcasing a collection of ANTS finest talent, the poolside stage was pumping punctual from 2pm. In front of a thriving afternoon crowd, firm favourites, Dublin, UNER and Nic Fanciulli took over the decks. On next, Steve Lawler, opened the mainstage and turned it up a notch with his signature sounds, followed by Andrea Oliva, who carried the poolside vibes from to day to dusk with her blissful beats. Longtime legend, Paco Osuna, captivated the crowd with his techno goodness, while Paris underground’s hottest exports, Apollonia, graced the stage to do what they do best, whipping the crowd into a frenzy, before closing Ushuaïa’s hottest opening party to date.
With a new stage designed exclusively for the ANTS events this season, incredible pyrotechnics, mind-blowing lighting, visuals and a state of the art soundsystem, it’s no surprise people flocked from around the world for the astonishing Ushuaïa experience.
