Kydus Feat. Stee Downes - Way To Your Love (Markeeta’s Way)

Liverpool-born DJ Kydus has revealed the vocal mix of his Nothing Else Matterstrack, ‘Way To Your Love (Markeeta’s Way)’, set for release on Friday 6th July.

The track follows Kydus’ instrumental mix, which became a huge anthem last summer after racking up support on BBC Radio 1 from Pete Tong and Nothing Else Matters label boss, Danny Howard. The brand-new vocal edit has been written by Ali Love of Hot Natured/Infinity Ink, and utilises the rich delivery of Dublin-born, Amsterdam based vocalist Stee Downes, best known for the 2015 hit ‘Want You In My Soul’ alongside Lovebirds.

Using a rumbling bass line to inject real vigour into the production, ‘Way To Your Love (Markeeta’s Way)’ features a clever synth-based breakdown which gives the track an upbeat feel, and is accompanied by a special Terrace Dub mix, primed for release on 3rd August.

The release marks another big moment for Kydus, who has previously played events at Eden Ibiza, London’s iconic Ministry of Sound club and Manchester’sWarehouse Project as part of ‘Yousef Presents Circus.’

The British producer’s ‘Free Spirit EP’ received support from the likes of Carl Cox, Hot Since 82, Nic Fanciulli, and Skream, whilst 2017 release, ‘First Contact’ was awarded the honour of Pete Tong’s ‘Essential New Tune.’

Releasing ‘Way To Your Love (Markeeta’s Way)’ on Danny Howard’s label,‘Nothing Else Matters’, Danny stated: “Everyday I’m discovering new tracks and extremely talented artists. Aside from supporting them on air and on the dancefloor, I’ve always wanted a way to help even more people hear these incredible sounds.”

So far the label has hosted releases from 99 Souls, Après, Eli Brown, George Kwali & Kideko, GotSome, Guz & Tough Love, Illyus & Barrientos, Just Kiddin, KC Lights, Kydus, Mambo Brothers, Mason Maynard, Metroplane, SAINT WKND, Secondcity and Sonny Fodera among others.
 
As well as being a record label, Nothing Else Matters  promotes clubbing events across the UK and Europe. The brand holds a weekly residency every summer atBCM in Majorca, regularly throws parties on the Terrace at Amnesia in Ibiza, hosted a stage at the prestigious SW4 festival last August, with many more live events planned for 2018.

‘Way To Your Love (Markeeta’s Way)’ is set for release this Friday, 6th July, with the Terrace Dub mix set to follow on Friday 3rd August.
