WE ARE THE BRAVE – YOUR GHOST (REMIXES) EP

Australian synth-pop duo We Are The Brave returns with fiery mixes of their hauntingly addictive single “Your Ghost”.For their equally transfixing remix EP, the band enlisted Rich Morel (BLOWOFF/Morel/Deathfix), Belgian producer, remixer and DJ Renaud Deru aka ATTAR! (pronounced “Attari”), dreamy synth-pop/electro-house act Allies For Everyone and New York-based nu-disco/house producer Alcala to transform the radiant slow-burner into a buoyant, pulsating club anthem laced with bewitching vocals, irresistible melodies and deep, penetrating grooves.

The original song was recorded, produced and mixed by We Are The Brave, with Grammy winning engineer William Bowden (the golden ears behind Gotye’s ‘Making Mirrors’ album and “Somebody That I Used to Know” single) on mastering duties. Check out its striking video, directed by James Chappell, which  features stunning scenes shot in secret Sydney locations, as well as the Australian cotton fields that conjure images of Bonnie Tyler’s “Total Eclipse Of The Heart”, Kate Bush’s “Running Up That Hill”, ‘Death Becomes Her’, and ‘The Crow’.
