Following on from the release of her exceptional debut mix compilation album 'The Hot List, Vol.1' which peaked at #36 on the iTunes Dance Top 200 and continues to receive extensive support, Aruna delivers a timely dose of two of the compilation's hottest tracks, her very own brand new singles, set for a February EP release on Enhanced.
With a 2015 spent hard at work in the studio, Aruna's newest records 'What If' & 'Sunrise' position the seasoned producer/DJ/vocalist at the forefront of a new fusion of melodic Trance with progressive house flavors. 'What If' opens the release and sees Aruna teaming up with ever-present duo Ost & Meyer in an anthemic production merging Aruna's infectious, emotive vocals with an unmistakable, chugging energy to form an emphatic opener.
'Sunrise' ties up the release with a techy yet summery combination of flexing basslines and sunsoaked chords perfectly matched next to another helping of sublime vocals from Aruna. Teaming up with Aerosoul, 'Sunrise' showcases the musical voice of both producers to create a nicely balanced, uplifting chunk of melodic Progressive House peppered with subtle Deep House textures.
Aruna's back and better than ever with this finely crafted two-song journey into her ever-evolving, boundary-blurring signature sound.
