wristbands24.co.uk – Which Closure Should Be Chosen To The Fabric Wristbands?

If you feel confused about choosing the right closure, do not worry, you are not alone, that is why we decided to collect the possibilities. Below you can see a list of the available types together with a short description in order to ease the decision to find the closure which suits you the best.

Plastic self-closing tube

Wristbands with plastic self-closing tube are easy to use hence we deliver the wristbands with the tubes already applied to the ends of the wristbands, so you just have to slip your guest’s wrist through the wristband and slide the tube up on the wristband. The tiny plastic teeth inside the tube do not let the tube to be pulled back and put the wristband off, so no additional tool is needed for fastening.

The disadvantage of this solution is that the plastic teeth – although damaging the material – can be broken by pulling very strongly, or, the tube, with great determination, can be tampered with so the wristband can be transferred. So, for events when non-transferability has a special importance, e.g. multi-day festivals, we recommend the metal ring closure.

The tubes are available in black and white, but in case of orders over 100.000 pcs we can prepare them in custom colours.

Metal ring

Elegant aluminum ring, what we deliver already applied to the wristbands. You just have to slip your guest’s wrist through the wristband and slide the ring up on the wristband, then you have to fasten the ring at the wished position by a special clamping tool.This way the wristband is non-transferable for sure, it cannot be taken off unless visible damaged. This is the most secure way of fastening, its disadvantage is that the ring has to be fastened by a hand- or desktop clamping tool.

The aluminum rings are available insilver colour, but can be ordered in custom colours in case of orders over 100.000 pcs.

Plastic clip

A simple plastic clip which cannot be open after being closed. The material of the wristbands applied with clips are thinner and the size of the wristbands is also smaller. The turnaround time of the wristbands with clips is the longest, cc. 3 weeks, so if your order is urgent, do not choose this closing J The clips are available only in black.

Plastic bead (re-usable)

If the wristbands are rather for promotional purposes or to replace silicone wristbands, this is the best choice. It holds just as tight not to slip off while moving, but can be freele taken off. The beads are available in black and white, but in case of orders over 100000 pcs we can produce them in custom colours.
