The influential dubstep label, Wheel & Deal Records, will celebrate its 15-year milestone with a worldwide tour that kicks off at the ever-popular Shoreditch venue, XOYO on Friday 14th June. Curated by the celebrated label boss, Rinse FM DJ and producer, N-Type, the lineup features a selection of friends and family of Wheel & Deal, promising a night of seminal dubstep nostalgia, infused with hints of grime, garage, jungle and drum & bass. Tickets for 15 Years of Wheel & Deal Records are on sale now priced from £15+BF. To purchase, visit https://www.xoyo.co.uk/clubnights.

Best known for his input in the growth of the dubstep genre, from its infancy to worldwide phenomenon, it’s hard to ignore the contribution that the foundational member of the Croydon Dubstep family, N-Type, has made to the scene. Starting his career on London pirate station Delight FM in the late 90’s, to now being one of the longest running members on Rinse FM, N-Type is renowned for his upfront selection, technical mixing and crowd pleasing shows. He has built up a consistent catalogue of releases on some of the biggest dubstep labels such as Tempa, Dub Police, Black Acre, and of course his own imprint, Wheel & Deal Records.

Founded in 2009, Wheel & Deal was launched to spotlight the dubplates frequently featured in N-Type’s radio shows and global club performances, showcasing diverse dubstep styles, spanning from vibrant dancehall-infused beats to deeper, sub-driven basslines. Releasing consistently since that time and celebrated as the label to introduce now such influential artists as Flux Pavilion, Dismantle, Ben Verse, LX One and Benton; a new chapter begins for Wheel & Deal Records as it turns the ripe old age of 15.

XOYO London is the ideal spot for this historical event, the capital’s flagship venue for cutting-edge bass music. On this momentous night, N-Type will be joined by a consummate cast of fanatical selectors and regulars on Wheel & Deal, including Benny Ill, Benton, Boylan, Crazy D, Chad Dubz, Deep Tempo, DFuse, Enada, G Double, Hijinx, Lotu, Minty, Riz la Teef, Sgt Pokes, Shantie, Silkie, Slimzee, Spooky, Sukh Knight, Trends and Youngsta.

Also appearing at XOYO are Sepia and Slowie – two talents whose tracks are featured on N-Type Presents: W&D100 – a compilation celebrating 100 releases on the influential label.

Firmly holding status as a cherished gem in London’s nightlife scene, XOYO has a storied history filled with unforgettable clubbing moments, testament to its longevity and allure. Its Friday night residencies are legendary, playing host to a sea of world-class international acts, including Fabio & Grooverider, Andy C, Goldie, Mike Skinner, Alix Perez, Interplanetary Criminal, Break and countless others.

With its intimate ambience and underground charm, XOYO is steadfast in its dedication to providing inclusive, safe, and authentic experiences, both at its London and Birmingham locations.
