Miane again assures her status as a core part of the Moon Harbour family with yet another irresistible tech house weapon in the form of ‘You Belong To Me.‘
This latest tune follows the huge ‘My Head’ late last year and marks another evolution in her style. Malaga born but Ibiza based Miane was hotly tipped all over the scene last year, not least with her inclusion on Spotify’s Electronic Rising Playlist. She brings plenty of the Balearic spirit of her homeland to her music but also knows how to work a dark, sweaty warehouse rave with her powerful grooves. They have come on the likes of Knee Deep In Sound and Saved and have often got played by big wigs such as Eats Everything and Marco Carola.
Once again here, Miane finds a sweet spot between tech, house and techno and layers in her own vocals for an extra personal sound. The brilliantly robust ‘You Belong To Me’ has scuffed metal hits and rugged drums with neat chord stabs keeping you on edge. Her own vocals are imbued with a sense of lust and the vast kick drums to plenty of work in making you move.
This is another powerful single from one of electronic music’s most essential new talents.
