Zac Samuel & Alexis Knox drop throwback rave anthem HERE 4 U

UK house producers Zac Samuel and Alexis Knox have teamed up to create the rave house single, ‘HERE 4 U’ released via Perfect Havoc on 12 July. Drawing on Zac’s status as a remix and production extraordinaire, where he sits on 300m+ streams, and Alexis’s star DJ status, ‘HERE 4 U’ has all the constituent parts required to tear up the dancefloor.

Hailing from the South Coast of England in Brighton & Hove, Zac Samuel was catapulted into the limelight after his bootleg remixes caught the attention of PMR/Polydor-Universal Records, landing him a multi-single record deal. His prowess as a UK house remixer has become widely recognised, resulting in reworks for Sigma, RAYE, Hannah Wants, and later, releasing original music on such well-respected labels as Selected, LoveJuice, and New State.

Equally as commanding in the booth as he is in the studio, Zac’s DJ journey has taken him across the UK and Europe, from playing intimate sets in Dalston, London, to commanding main stages at Ushuaia Ibiza and at Reading & Leeds Festival.

Joining Zac on ‘HERE 4 U’ is the talented Alexis Knox, a rising star on the Perfect Havoc label. Alexis is renowned for igniting parties with her DJ sets, from her residency at Heaven London to the vibrant scenes of Ibiza at Eden. Alexis is known for bringing high energy and filling dancefloors, even acting as the tour DJ for Charli XCX.

Alexis’s electric style has seen her DJ to crowds at events for Redbull, Southern Comfort for PRIDE, and Converse and travel the world, from Tokyo to Rome, to Fashion Week, festivals, and underground raves.

This multi-talented individual turned her hand to music production, with her debut single ‘Higher’ on Perfect Havoc claiming #3 on the iTunes Dance Chart and over 2 million in streams, and the more recent ‘Sober’, which was hit receiving key Spotify playlist support in New Music Friday UK and New Dance Revolution.

Together, Alexis and Zac create a throwback rave anthem on ‘HERE 4 U’. Using stab piano chords harking back to authentic old-school sounds of 90s clubland, the duo utilise their production prowess to give it a modern twist, bringing it right up to date the modern dancefloor.

There’s loads more in the pipeline from the London indie, Perfect Havoc, for the rest of the year with tracks also landing from Todd Terry & Janika Tenn, Kryder & Jay Robinson, and more.
