he Parallel Label has long been a leader in the tech house world, and now they continue to keep dancers and DJs in top tackle with their next release. This one comes from Artbat and features two more standout cuts, whilst a fine remix from Monkey Brothers seals the deal and means this is a winning package.
Zing is up first and is a broody number with big bold and church like chords. It has a slick drum line and jostling percussion and really will make for some emotional moments on the dance floor. 21st Century is next and is a much more main room track with wild melodies and popping cowbells littering a rooted and rolling groove. A real sense of drama builds and builds to a big peak and breakdown then when it drops again you are carried right away. Monkey Brothers step up to remix and their version is skittish and slick, quick and physical and rounds out a varied and vital EP.
