Zoo Project Festival – Full Line Up Announced

Zoo Project Festival is back to exceed last year’s epic event – with their second full-scale festival in the UK! The UK’s foremost dance music destination this summer will feature performances from Bona Fide dance music legends alongside the cream of rising talent to produce an all-out banger! Plus a positive venue change (from Northampton to Donington) ensures there’ll be absolutely no holding back!

Music maestros will light up an enchanted forest backdrop, as world-renowned Ibiza party promoters ‘The Zoo Project’ stay true to their reputation of “throwing extraordinary parties in unordinary locations” by building 75% of the festival amongst the trees! Having sold out last year’s inaugural event, 2013 sees the festival grow in size and increase capacity. In a totally natural habitat organisers promise a diverse mix of the ultimate names in electronic dance music. A new 4am license means the music will play for 16 hours a day giving you time to experience a sensory overload of untold hedonistic attractions.

Amongst the headliners are Rock’n’Roll Hall of Famer Grandmaster Flash – an undisputed Godfather of DJ culture. An English festival Exclusive with a back-to-back-to-back DJ performance from House Music Dons DJ Sneak, Derrick Carter and Mark Farina – putting something special together as part of their worldwide tour. Bonobo – expect downtempo genius with fusions of jazz, electronica, trip hop and heavy grooves from an artist “at the peak of his significant powers”. Also MJ Cole – the Sincerely loved UK Garage favorite.

The festival will feature natural installations, creations and unconventional distractions such as the ‘Safari Spa’ – a charmed tranquil area with all manner of holistic practitioners and masseurs on hand ready to rejuvenate aching limbs and foggy heads! A menagerie of immersive performers, flying aerialists, animal acrobatics, human contortionists and a bounty of other deviants will encourage festival-goers to cast away inhibitions and release their wild sides. For the utterly ‘mad fer it’, there’s ‘BagJump’ – dare you jump from a 52ft high crane in to a huge inflatable bag?!

Donington Park is easy to access by air, rail or road. Just a few minutes’ drive from East Midlands International Airport, East Midlands Parkway Railway Station and Junction 23a of the M1, there will also be shuttle buses, so getting to the festival is a piece of cake.

Camping: Zoo Project Festival patrons are able to Glamp it up in style with Bell Tents, Tipis, Yurts, Touaregs and Gypsy Caravans! Surely the best accommodation package offered by any festival.
