Step up, step up and don your dancing shoes – straight out the blocks after the dust settled on their ten year celebrations last year, bass culture powerhouse Shogun Audio announce their first party of 2015 at South London’s cavernous venue, The Electric Brixton. A celebration of cutting edge electronic music, Shogun Audio will be serving up a crystal clear, pinpoint line up of label stalwarts and super special guests – including drum and bass royalty Noisia – touching down on Friday 20th March.
Releasing genre pushing albums, a steady back catalogue of killer EPs and a reputation for nurturing the most freshest talent in the business, DJ Friction’s Brighton based imprint shows it’s true colours this March with a varied and expansive line up that covers all aspects of UK bass music; from drum and bass to techno and beyond, the forward thinking electronic music fan is in for a treat.
Label don DJ Friction shall play a deft set, with special guests and Dutch heavyweight trio Noisia billed for an exclusive headline set, with other exciting prospects in the form of Icicle (bringing his new live show ‘Entropy’ featuring Skittles, Rockwell and Phace teasing their new collaborative efforts with a B2b set and label young blood Technimatic and Joe Ford. MC’s on the night come in for the form of SP:MC, Linguistics, 2Shy and plenty more.
