Few tracks have the power to build constantly from start to finish – to take the energy in a room of any size and lift it up by an order of magnitude. Askery has been on the radar for some time now with major support from the big guns in the field (Nervo, Hardwell, R3hab, and many more). And yet, it seems the epic producer has outdone himself once again.
There are few things that would surprise fans of his work, but ‘NaOH’ manages to do just that. This is the Swiss rising star at his big-room best, and one just has to look at the critical acclaim this tune has received to understand how big this record is. When MAKJ, Danny Howard (BBC1), Martin Garrix, Nicky Romero, and the Sick Individuals all fully support a tune, you can be sure that it has the firepower to light up the dance floor and the charts. ‘NaOH’ just made chemistry a whole lot more fun.
